What time is the Check-in?

Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive anytime after 11:00, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your room to be ready. If you need an early check-in, we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise due to villa availability

What time is the Check-out??

Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves an extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate.  If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Could I have a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?

Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your staff a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.

Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

Do you offer a floating breakfast?

We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests. You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

Do we have a housekeeping service every day?

Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please advise staff if you want your room cleaned at a certain time.

Can we have extra clean towels?

You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.

What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?

This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person is counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. Please contact management to make arrangements.
